Generating Voice files and installing them

Hi,
In the RockBox utility, I set the voice up with the SAPI voice, and set the speed and tested it.
I generated voice files, and then installed them, but I keep getting the voice that comes from the RockBox site.
How do I get the English.voice file I created onto the Sansa Clip+?
I know where in .Rockbox it goes, and I have searched in all the folders under my profile in Windows for English.voice.
The utility says it is creating it, but it does not install it, and I don't know where to find it.
