Hi Glenn,

If you hold down the up button for more time than it takes to pause or
unpause it will make the up and down buttons affect the pitch. Just
click it to pause or unpause. If you wish to change the pitch back to
normal, hold down the up button for more than a second to invoke the
feature then lower the pitch to normal using the down button.
