That is a big improvement. Almost everything works now. 
Quake works much better: 
- all float values look fine
- settings can be toggled and brightness works
- slider values can be changed but only increased (no key decreases it)
- number corruption on the bottom of the console is gone (was probably just the version number)
- saving/loading works fine
- "timedemo demo2" runs fine and gives "985 frames 23.6 seconds 41.6 fps"

I still get a crash when playing or running "timedemo demo1":

Another issue I had is that it won't recognize the music files (01.wav etc.) and gives a "Failed: Unrecognized file type (not WAVE)" error. Do you know with what format/settings the wav files need to be encoded with or is that feature not working yet?

duke3d and mpegplayer both fully work now.

wolf3d is still like before:
Starts and gets into the main menu. The demo also plays fine.
Trying to start a level freezes it on a black screen. Exiting works.

That might also explain why the TLB errors appeared and disappeared when there were changes in the pcm_mixer, which probably affected the alignment.
