Expected: All plugins should have a default keymap defined and allow remapping of all actions (if available).

Observed: In many plugins there are no keys defined for certain actions, which make them unusable on this device. Where remapping is possible some keys can't be mapped.

The following plugins have issues:

brickmania: Only the play key works to launch the ball. No key is defined for moving the paddle. The scrollwheel would be perfect for that.

invadrox: Only the play/pause key works to shoot. No key is defined for moving the Laser Cannon. The scrollwheel or next/prev. keys would work for that.

pacbox: There are no keys defined for going left/right. Because of the orientation the volume keys would work here.

reversi: There are no keys defined for going left/right. The scrollwheel would work for that.

all sgt_puzzles: left/right movement with scrollwheel is not possible.

xrick: almost all keys open the game menu. (already reported before: https://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/13787)

xworld: No Keys are defined for going left/right. The scrollwheel would work for that.

doom: 
Not all keys can be remapped in "Set Keys". It's not possible to map the scrollwheel, the volume down key or the power key.
Some keys that can be set don't work correctly: 
- "Key Left" and "Key Right" don't work 
- "Key Off" never applies and gets set to "Unmapped". 
- "Key Select" and "Key Record" set both the play key

The volume keys, the menu key and back key can't be remapped under Options > Setup Keyboard.

quake:
Volume keys, the menu key and back key can't be remapped under Options > Customize controls. 
Also the sliders values in Options can only be increased with the play key. The volume keys/scrollwheel could be used to increase/decrease them.
