The following task has a new comment added: FS#13983 - Aigo Eros Q HW4 playback failures User who did this - neofright (neofright) ---------- > I deleted the Apple firmware partition when I was using it in the iPod, so it is just a single FAT32 partition taking up the entire disk, which the Eros Q is happy with. I was wrong and the MBR still had boot code in it and a generally non standard partition layout. I zeroed the first 512 bytes with dd and created a new fat32 partition with fdisk and mkfs.vfat -F 32. After re-copying all of my music I'm unable to reproduce this bug.
