I'm going to take a wild guess that no-one has ever had experience integrating BPCS v3.6 with dcConnect. We don't. But we do have 32 years of track record figuring out all sorts of challenges like that in an efficient way. When we are confronted with code we haven't seen before (or highly customized BPCS) we employ our proprietary tool Stitch-in-Time to efficiently learn how the data flows from file to file millisecond-by-millisecond. We set up observations of pertinent files in Stitch-in-Time and it then sees and reports on every data movement in every observed file. When we can see things it that fine step-by-step detail, it becomes easy to figure out what the unknown software is doing with the data. Stitch-in-Time licensees use it for internal control / SOX / JSOX compliance because no change to an observed file escapes scrutiny. We apply the same Stitch-in-Time functionality for projects like this as a microscope to learn quickly how unknown software handles data. All of our work on custom code projects or integration projects arrives with a money-back guarantee of high-quality results. We call our technical services NoExcuses HelpLine. Could that be the product you are referring to rather than DCCONNECT? The company is now called TouchPath with offices in Kent in the UK and North Carolina in the US and we continue to provide WMS, MES and Asset Tracking solutions to BPCS and ERP/LX customers. We would be glad to help as we know everything about BPCS/LX and data collection.
