Try rent a machine somewhere and load your BPCS. The problem may not be BPCS but the software from vendors who may or may not be in business and their versions on run on the last 3 OS's. I have just been through this exercise going from v7.2 to v7.5 and then back to v7.4 as we will not change the P8 now.
