Yes .... it used to be a very active forum with multiple posts per day. My hypothesis is that the overall number of BPCS-using enterprises has declined significantly. It's very rare to hear about a brand new licensee. Maybe the places that are left have used the product for enough years to have all their questions answered. :) It's not unusual to receive a new support request from a place where their savvy BPCS guy retired. I have been working with LX for about 3 years and am pretty much a one person shop and think it would be great to have a place to ask questions without opening a case with Infor.
