Many of you are using an email reader which will allow you to read
multiple email accounts,
or, like me, may be your company's email admin so you can do things like
assign yourself multiple accounts. Some of you may subscribe as a dummy
account like bpcslist-D4qZEMI14/jqlBn2x/[email protected] and set that up as one of your
accounts. This is all well and good for reading.
But, when you reply, or create a new message, that message has to come
from whatever address you subscribed as. So if I set up multiple
accounts:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
and so on and I get a message sent to [email protected] and I reply my
replies come from rob-tksaTn4SAz1fmgfxC/sS/[email protected]
The email list will stop this message because this email address was not
subscribed and I have to manually deal with it. I will always reject it.
Depending on my mood I may take a little time to look through the
membership list and customize the rejection telling you about the above.
Normally it's something like "you tried sending a message as [email protected]
but this is not subscribed, perhaps you need to send from your
[email protected] address?". It helps if you actually fill out the first
name and last name fields when you subscribe. If you feel like changing
that visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/bpcs-l

This list is not owned by me but I've been asked to volunteer to monitor
the BPCS-L list. Compensation is often a hat or some such thing when I
bump into David so I'm not going to bust my hump searching for a match.
Besides, it cuts into my day job.

David does not sell the addresses! And it is forbidden to farm the
addresses from reading the posts.
