Still compiling to 6.1?

Didn't think they'd still be compiling down to 6.1

Hate to think they might be holding back on new features just to support 
TGTRLS(V6R1M0).
Personally I'd rather see:

    Release program created for  . . . . . . . . . :   V7R1M0
    Earliest release program can run . . . . . . . :   V7R1M0

This would make me feel more confident that they are keeping up to date 
and can support a current level of the OS.

Time to delete/rename this library?
QSYSV6R1M0
Check change management software settings?
Custom "make" commands?
Set up a command entry exit point that traps for V6R1M0, logs it, and gets 
you a visit by the big goon asking for an explanation?
