We used to run a 13 period year. Basically the concept was to get each
period to be 4 weeks and be comparable. Well, every fourth or fifth year
you need one 5 week period to get things back in alignment. We had a
change in management and the new CEO said that was stupid and we were
changing to a 12 period year. The CEO at that time led you to believe,
without any doubt, that once his opinion was made you either shoveled coal
into the train or jumped off.

Has anyone used GPM period 13? on BPCS V4.0.05 NON CD.

We are getting purchased and need to have an extra monthend for this
year.. and were thinking of using
Period 13?

Any gotchas?? or is Period 13 used for something particular..??

(our version only has 13 periods)
