Had something similar a while ago, but since you can re-gen it is probably
not the same issue. Anyway worth to check to see if 2 or more warehouses
operate within the same pick number sequence, It is in the warehouse master
and I would try to set them apart by few hundred thousand.
Another problem may be timing related, if somehow PTF update affected
performance, where newly created IPP record is still in cache and no on a
disk. Try changing IPP file, setting "Records to force a write" parameter
to 1. This may affect pick release performance, so don't forget to change
it back if it does not help.
