Death of Roger Covey

I worked at SSA, the original authors of BPCS, as the CASE lab manager which wrote the product AS/SET, released in 1990. I recently found out that Roger Covey, the founder and CEO of SSA had passed away in July, 2013. Despite searching the Internet, Google and talking to friends I still know from SSA, I have been unable to find out the cause of death. Roger was at the relatively young age of 57. He was a brilliant person who founded SSA at a young age and grew it to an international company. My question is whether anybody knows what the cause of death was? Thank you for any info you may be able to provide.
