When you have a new subject, please type up a new email.  Do NOT reply to 
an existing email.  There are hidden fields in the email header and it 
screws up the archives.  Take a look at

for an example.  And, no, it does not use the subject line to link them 
together.

And another thing.  It looks really NOOB when you don't even bother to 
change the subject line.

It doesn't take a whole lot of effort to add "BPCS ERP System" 
<bpcs-l-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected]> into your personal contacts.

I will give you this credit though, at least you didn't "reply with 
history".

Good morning Team,

For some time now we have been having imbalances between the journal 
detail file (GLH) and the summary file (GSB). Though I know running the 
program CEA971 would reconcile the two files, what are the possible 
technical causes of this issue?
