I think what Bob is looking for is:  "Why are the old load records still there?"  Basically asking if there is some purge program he should be running at month end or some such thing.  And I believe he is hoping for a user oriented option to do so and not a "use SQL or write a program to purge these records" type of solution.

If I'm wrong Bob can correct me.

I'm more of a sysadmin guy and others here handle our LX stuff.

Bob,
Depends on how far back you wish to havehistory of Loads.
Any load records older than your order entry orders have no value and can be removed.
