Perhaps this is a dumb question on my part but can other tools connect to the endpoint database? Like, did someone migrate the endpoint to a new server or some such thing over the holy days?

     Hi Rajesh,

Can any other user create CEA journals successfully? If yes, compare
their setting with the one having the error under Configure tab. The
settings need to match 100%. Specially JDBC Base, JDBC Driver, Default
Library and Database. Check commas and semicolons.
