Re: FRW authorization

I installed FRW on my new windows 10 PC last year.  Had some issues with how Win10 set it up, but I never entered any licensing to get it to work.  Does the user have authority to CEA?  What is their security type?  I am setup as 'S' in the SYS600.

Can someone explain how FRW authorization is handled?

We have a client where the only person that was able to run FRW has left.

We are trying to get the replacement authorized but get a message that 'You
do NOT have a license to use this product'.



It appears we need to somehow get the license from the employee that left to
the new user.
