Rick,
It looks like an install problem. Please uninstall and reinstall WDSC and
make sure it works before applying any service pack. The File open error is
a bug. An e-fix is being tested and will be available for download soon.

Greetings

wdsc 4.0 Service pack 4 2nd install w2k sp3. When i try to debug a project
i get the above error. I can, of course, find the dll's and put them
somewhere they can be found, but i am concerned that my install is still
bogus because Vrpg program calls and file opens which worked before
suddenly
don't. My connection seems above reproach. Any light would be welcome, i
am about to have to give up for lack of time... This all worked fine on
wdt
5.x or whatever it was called.
