EVF4051E Error

When trying to retrieve members from a source file using CODE, I am 
getting this message:

EVF4051E - Unable to receive data from host server OS400 at '10.1.196.57'. 
The receive failed due to TCP/IP error - no data was received.

Anybody experienced this issue before or know how to fix it?
