Another option which is often overlooked
When in the Open dialog, right click on the server name.
>From the Context menu select 'Filter...'
Type in the name of the library you want.

If it is going to be a permanent addition add it to your library list in
the AS/400 session you are calling CODE from.  If it is a temporary
addition then go to the command shell from within CODE (F9) and issue the
addlible command there (making sure that you are at the AS400 server
prompt).  When you go back to the file list the library will show up once
the list is refreshed (you can click on the "+" sign next to the server
name to collapse then click it again to rebuild).
