Verify Multiple Times - Source becomes read only

Hello:

I'm running WDSC v4.0, SP4, WinXP Pro.

I have an issue where if I run verify against the same RPGLE source multiple 
times, the file I'm working on sometimes changes to read only.

It does not happen every time but often enough to be an annoyance.

I try to remember to save my work before each verify - it adds a lot of time 
to my editing.

On the verify options, I have all the listing options selected and I used 
cache.

Anyone know what might be causing this to happen and how to prevent it?
