Re: localhost port used for help

A small update:

The CODE help team has forwarded the concerns presented here to the help
system provider.
They have requested (as apparently this has come up before), that the port
for the help system be configurable.

Also, a small clarification:

Apparently, the help is not so much random, as "automatically determinant".
It starts out with port 49214 (since it knows that the old help system used
49213).  If that port is not available, then it picks another. If the new
one isn't available, it chooses again.  And so on, until it finds a free
port.
