The Navigator view is just soooo useful when looking at a new program for the first (or even second) time. Outline view is nice - but a different animal that does zip as far as flow of control goes. Personally I think that if the tools cannot handle certain constructs, it should at least _tell_ you that it couldn't handle them. Having a picture that you _think_ is complete is more dangerous than not having one at all!
