Code & VARPG

We are having problems with CODE/VARPG working.  My host is either V5R2 or
V5R3 and my client splash screen is:

(Embedded image moved to file: pic21810.pcx)

Is this client software old?  What program do I need now?  How do you get
it & is it included with OS400 v5?
