Yes Justin,
CODE communications creates a user space in the *CURLIB to remember the
last used values etc.
It is very important that each developer have a separate user space in a
different library for these settings or they will step on each other.

I followed your instructions and it worked for me until the other
developer tried to compile.  Now we both have the problem again.

Regarding number 2, is this a temporary change or does every developer
have to permanently have their own library?
