On the second machine:
The Communication Daemon is running.
A STRCODE command returned an EVF4100 (Default information for STRCODE
retrieved successfully) and then a CPX6AD9 (/* */).

When comparing the Communications Properties for the Communication
Daemons running on the two machines I determined a few differences. My
CODE Server List includes 3 servers. 1st for our NetServer name, 2nd
with the first 2 characters of our NetServer name replaced with R0 and
the 3rd is OS400. The OS400 server is different then the other two, in
that it only has two parameters (CODE/400 Server Name and User ID). The
second machine had only 2nd. We added the 1st but the 3rd (OS400)
server we could not add.
