Upgrading to Domino 9.0.1

I'm trying to understand this link which supposedly explains how to upgrade
to Dom 9.0.1

I've used passport advantage and successfully downloaded the following part
numbers:

CIT9DEN which provides DOMINO_9.0.1_IBM_I_ENGLISH.exe

and

CNE6REN which provides domino901FP7_systemiv6v7.exe (which is fix pack 7).

However the above link only explains how to install from DVD, a web kit or
RSTLICPGM.

I don't have a DVD, nor a webkit that contains what is documented in the
link, and I don't want to order media. Is there something I'm missing?
