Do you also have the PTF loaded for the "Open Social" components?
For FP7 (FP69017) the matching PTF for the "Open Social" components is
SE19018. Never permanently apply the PTF for the Open Social because when
FP8 comes out you will remove SE19018, apply FP69018 and apply SE19019.
Domino has always been the LPP stopping me from
APYPTF LICPGM(*ALL) APY(*PERM) DELAYED(*YES)
on a routine basis.
I also have a special hotfix for our situation
DSPPTF 5733LD9
PTF
ID Status
SE19018 Temporarily applied
L605463 Temporarily applied
FP69017 Permanently applied
FP69016 Permanently applied
FP69015 Permanently applied
FP69014 Superseded
...
It kind of leaves me wondering why FP69016 isn't a supersede for 5 (and so
on).

Well that was a pleasant experience. That's the first time I upgraded
domino without media.
In less than three hours both the upgrade to 9.0.1 and fix pack 7 are
done.
The only gotcha was during the fix pack install.
The APYPTF crashed due to my message queue filling up. Just started a new
session, and changed the job to allow the message queue to wrap, then
reran
the LODPTF and APYPTF commands, restarted the server.
Nice work IBM Domino team!
