They are also still working on the consolidation (according to an email I received today). After that I should see Domino on the list when selecting a product to open a case against.

I had to wait until I got an email with a case link in it to figure out how to get to the page with cases in it.

My big problem was that my IBM id was not the same as my email address.
At HCL your id will be your email address.
So you go to

Try your email address. And reset your password.
Got the usual restrictions encouraging you to write it down on a post-it note. You know, must be at least 8 characters long, with both upper and lower case and a number.

Well, maybe it is a big deal. After I got the email Your case has been created, click here to view the case: <redacted> I click on that and get to the HCL support site, which stops me for my user id and password. I tried my IBM user id and password. That didn't work. I didn't expect it to as I would have found it hard to believe that IBM would have transferred that information. So I tried just my user id and the reset password. That didn't work because it wasn't registered. I could register myself, but how would I tie those cases to my user id?
Or should I exercise patience and wait for a further email on my user id?

Apparently all my existing Domino cases got moved from IBM support cases (which was already different than IBM i support) directly to HCL support overnight.
No big deal (so far).
