HCL and Domino downloads

Has anyone been able to download Domino/Notes software from HCL? I've been screwing around with them for 2 1/2 weeks and they can't seem to get it right. I'm finally at the point where I have an entitlement listed on the site but no downloads available. I'm wondering if it's just me or is everyone having a problem.
