RE: HCL and Domino downloads

Probably.   I think I was getting that when I started my expedition. Here 
is the site. 

https://hclsoftware.flexnetoperations.com/flexnet/operationsportal/logon.do

I opened a case on 7/19 because I didn't have any entitlements listed. 
That was probably a few days after I was able to log on.    A few days ago 
they got the entitlement on the page but it was an entitlement that 
expired in May of 2017.    Got a current entitlement today but there is no 
software listed for download. 

I'm concerned about how they are going to be when I need more urgent 
support.

Has anyone been able to download Domino/Notes software from HCL?    I've
been screwing around with them for 2 1/2 weeks and they can't seem to get
it right.   I'm finally at the point where I have an entitlement listed on
the site but no downloads available.    I'm wondering if it's just me or
is everyone having a problem.
