RE: BRMS and Domino V12.0.1

There used to be a document about this at IBM
BRMS backup of Domino server results in error LNT0970 with reason code 1 [1279416]
Another side had it replicated until IBM legal made them take it down.  Then IBM got rid of their documentation

Mostly says this error says you need to contact support about this.
Some references to not running a compact, fixup or updall during backup.
Another reference to not encrypting a file on one server and restoring it to another.

BRMS worked normal with a Domino V12.0.0 server.

After upgrading Domino server to V12.0.1 we get thousands of LNT0970
messages RC=1 at the beginning of the save .  After that the backup
continues normal.

Any ideas what is causing this?
