Start Transaction Manager from CL program

Hoping someone can hep me with this. (Jeff maybe??)
I am trying to start Transaction Manager from a CL program and I cannot get it to work.
No evidence of anything happening, no dumps, no job logs, just a normal end!!!
If anybody has any ideas, please let me know........
Command I am using is
SBMJOB CMD(RUNAMTASK APPL(PD) ENVN(TRN) RLSL(03) +
TASK(5052) CONO('20') USER(QPGMR)) +
JOB(MJ_CONTROL) JOBD(IPGAMP4/IPGAMP) +
JOBQ(OSL@@F3TRN/OSLMJTRN)
I've probably done something really stupid, I don't care as long as I can sort it.
