Steve - that worked - thanks - what a star!! I don't understand why, and I'd 
like to, but as long as it works, I guess I can move on.

One other question though - how do you get away with running task 5051 which 
is the same as 5052 except it calls MJ100A interactively. When I initially 
tried 5051 it failed looking for the display file.
