Item/Supplier Price Structure Maintenance

When adding new price structures to JBA, the item supplier profile is 
updating the price structures, but when the new date kicks in, it's not 
reflecting the new price as the current price on the initial screen.  I 
think this can be affected if the buyer/planner is doing maintenance to a 
purchase order and hits F10 to update pricing, but the planner says he's 
not doing that.  Can anyone help?  TIA
