External Text for printing on PO's

When going into Order Amendment (42/PMP), then doing a F22 - External 
Text, a window appears showing text which will print on a PO.  It appears 
that it's linked to a specific supplier.  I know you can go into 1/MDM and 
do a F24 - More Keys, then F22 - Purchase Text, enter the text and F8 to 
update.  Then when entering line items on the PO you enter a "1" in the 
Full Text field and the comments print on the PO after the line item. 
Where can this text be keyed and be linked to a specific supplier?  As 
usual, TIA .
