Use the value in the authority setting rather than the %. If the % is blank
then it will not check the % variance.  Set the value high!

Try and reduce the price to .00001 each 1st - or the lowest value you
can get down to -  I normally find its the % of value rather than the
overall value that gets in the way from the user authorities.

One of my user's is having an issue when trying to close and order via 
Order Amendment.  He gets a message 'User authority is insufficient to 
complete line'.  I've verified via 8/PMM, User Authority Parameters,
that 
he has a record for the company and stockroom of the order in question. 
I've given him the highest authority I can give.  Does anyone know what 
else might cause this issue?  Also as a side question, if you leave the 
stockroom blank in 8/PMM, does that mean the authority you setup for a 
user is good for all stockrooms?  Thanks in advance.
