EXTP70 in SAP70

Hi All,

Running v3.5.2sp4 standard

I am hoping that someone can tell me what the field EXTP70 in SAP70 is 
used for (or what it means) and how it is calculated.

The values I have in EXTP70 are blanks, 1, 2
