Invoices: No SLP15 or SLP10 but in GL

I had a issue a couple days ago, where invoices failed and some invoices did not create SLP15 or SLP20 records. It appears that the GL records were updated. How do I go about getting SLP15/SLP20 records out there without creating additional GL entries? Thank you. Bob Chambers I.S.
