China and software called 'KINGDEE'

Hi All, some help please?

I am currently working on a project for a global company who are at the
early stages of rolling out S21 into AsiaPac including China.

my contacts are telling me 'that as S21 is not authorised by the Chinese
authorities I need to interface to a product called KINGDEE'

I believe other companies are using S21 in China - does anyone out there
have any further information on this issue please?
