Hi All, Just wondering if anyone has had any experience in cancelling their SYSTEM21 maintenance and then re-instating it sometime later. Have you been able to re-instate?? Has there been penalty fees?? Any feedback would be appreciated. We have been paying maintenance for the last three years and 'have not got anything for it' except the right to upgrade. We decided not to upgrade during this time due to the cost (in professional services) of re-applying our mods and training in the use of Aurora. At this stage we can not foresee being able to justify the (professional services) expense of the upgrade for at least the next two years, and so we are questioning the need to pay maintenance for these two years.
