Roland, The maintenance fee is different for every customer and is dependent on the applications / modules purchased, the price paid and the terms agreed at the time of the purchase. The same will go for the price for migrating to a new box. The pricing model will be dependent on the modules that you purchased. From a personal perspective, 9K does not seem that high.
