Hello All I've just been advised of the following, by a customer "Important EU VAT Changes Effective 1 January 2010 Message: The EU VAT rules relating to the place of supply of services are changing with effective 1 January 2010. Instead of VAT being charged by the supplier, most services supplied to a customer in a different EU country will be subject to a reverse charge, and the customer is responsible for accounting for VAT as a reverse charge." Does anyone know if this will entail updates to System 21, and if so, will these be retro-fitted to 3.5.2b?
