I still cannot do the authorisations. I know I have setup users before on this box, but that was at least 2 years ago. Something must have changed, the only people who could have changed it are Infor, but they need me to book a call before anyone will even talk to me about this, very frustrating. ________________________________ From: jklipa <jklipa-/[email protected]> To: druss921-/[email protected] Sent: Tue, 9 March, 2010 22:45:27 Subject: Re: [SYSTEM21] JBA/GEAC/Infor Menu problem responses Steve, Do you have authority to perform Common Functions...? If not you will not likely see the authority screens... Look at the record in IPGCFF4/APG05PHY that has your name on it... The last ten positions of this record should be all '1' if you want to be able to do Common Functions which includes granting and revoking authority... Typically the QSECOFR or QPGMR profile have the requisite clearance to perform CF... Good luck... ________________________________ From: steve raby <druss921-/[email protected]> To: System 21 Users <system21-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected]> Sent: Tue, March 9, 2010 4:06:23 PM Subject: Re: [SYSTEM21] JBA/GEAC/Infor Menu problem responses Hi Adrian, I take F8 from the actual screen layout to the screen where you enter ID/Env/Rl/Code, from there Enter does nothing, F8 just takes you out. Is it the release level perhaps? Press F8 from the memu design screen (operations screen) then press enter (not F8). The next screen will allow you to use option 1 for all (options) or 3 to select against each user name to be authorised.
