System 21 -Set up of Forecasting

We are going to set up the System21 Forecasting process so I am testing the
process in their Test environment. However, despite setting up the Company
Profile (1 / FCU) & the Forecasting Model (1 / FCM) exactly as the
Australian model has been set up I cannot see forecast quantities. I have
run \\"Transfer Product details\\" (1 / FCP) & \\"Transfer Full Sales
History\\" (2 / FCP) options but I cannot see quantities in the \\"Forecast
Enquiry\\" screen (1 / FCE).

I think the problem relates to the Model number which I can see in the
Company profile but not in the \\"Maintain Forecasts\\" (12 / FCM) screen.


Any idea what I am doing wrong?
