Hi Deepali

If this is a Profit and Loss account, it gets cleared down to zero at year
end. Check which ledger the account is in.

Dear all,

When I check the option 1/GLE, in the F13 period history over there, for
period 0812 the 'Balance YTD' has amount 74888. Whereas for 0901 the
'Balance YTD' field is have value zero. When checked the period 0901 there
are no transaction which makes the value zero for the 'Balance YTD'. Could
anybody help me to find out the same.
