Hi,

We were on Aurora V1.2 with V5R3 of the OS and recently tried to upgrade to 
V6R1.  We had to abandon this and upgrade to V5.4 instead!  We had major 
problems with some Workflow Programs not being observable that were not 
highlighted in the ANZOBJCVN Report.  We could not get Source for these programs 
so could not recompile them and therefore could not progress with the upgrade.

Luckily we had decided to do the conversion on a Test Box first.

Points to note:

* Do it on a Test Box first and test thoroughly 
* Infor have some known objects that wont convert and have PTF's for them
* Liaise with the Software Vendors of all other applications you have running on 
the AS/400 and check if you need any updates in order for their software to run.

Thanks David for quick info. We are also in V5R4. So far no issues, since v6 is 
out there and in case one fine day if IBM says No more V5xx !!! so we thought of 

checking, please do share if u find more information.

Hi Srimal

We've just moved to a V5R4 box and so far, everything's ok. However,
when I looked on the Infor downloads site, I did see some V6R1 downloads
for S21 3.5.2. I haven't checked these out yet, but I'm hoping :-)
