Interest Charges Did Not Post

We ran 11/ARI and this is the first time in which it has created an interest run but not posted the transactions to AR. I can through option 21/ARI, and see the interest charges. Since it did not post them, does anyone know the steps that need to be taken to get them to post. Thank you.
