When you set up AFI and configure the Company profile in live, it should do
this for you. The system runs a job on screen that goes through all INP96
records and puts a 0 in GLUP96. The logic is that you would not want to
re-post the last 10 years worth of transactions to the GL again. All you
then need to do using SQL is remove the flags for any transactions you do
want to post e.g. current months.

We are running System 21 Style and I have set up and verified a number of
AFI Journal Conditions to post receipts and adjustments from my Inventory
system to the G/L.  I am ready to go-live with my postings but it appears
that with the Live Movements Extract there is not an option to specify date
ranges for transactions like there is in the Test Movements Extract.
Therefore, I need to flag all of my historical inventory movement records so
they do not process when I run the extract. 

It appears that I can just SQL a '0' into the GLUP96 and GLUP95 fields in
INP96 and INP95 to prevent the historical records from being extracted.
Does anyone know if this is all that I need to do?
