Workspace Questions

We have just recently upgraded to Aurora 2.3 and are now implementing
Workspace 2009 (the version that does not use Jacada) and have the
following questions for anyone who is familiar with Workspace
Configuration:

1)  What should the "Maximum Connections" Setting on the Database
Connections tab within Workspace Configuration (wsconfig) be set to?  The
default is 32.  Does each user connected through Workspace use a
connection?  If we have more than 32 users on Workspace, should we set this
number higher?

2)  Is there a way on the Workspace Server to see what users are all
connected through Workspace?

3)  Is there information in some kind of logs on the Workspace server where
we can look if users are having problems with Workspace?
